This method is commonly and medically used to measure heart rates quickly and accurately. Start counting the heart rate for 30 beats from the 12-hour marker, and once you have reached 30, wherever the second hand points will read the heart rate. Notable features include a black 44mm stainless-steel case, bracelet, and mineral crystal glass. Secondary functions include date, 12/24 hour time, and water resistance to WR100/10 Bar, ideal for swimming and snorkelling.
