Refund and Policy
You should notify our team with the receipt of a damaged or defective product or in scenarios where the product is entirely different from what was purchased online or if the package delivered is missing any accessories within the period mentioned in the returns policy. Return/ Refund request can be raised on Return Request Page. You need to furnish the packing slip of your order, the original warranty, and the original documentation and packaging with merchandise in its original condition for us to honour your return. In case you do not inform www.justintime.in about the intended exchange but ship the return via a courier company, the liability for damage to the product lies with the customer, and no exchange will be encouraged. Note that merchandise should not have any scratches, dents or marks. The security tags should be intact, and the product should not have other adjustments/alterations for us to honour your exchange.
If you receive a damaged/defective product/box:
- Contact our customer loyalty specialist within seven business days of your shipment receipt.
- Refuse the delivery and contact our customer care team if you find complete damage to your delivery box.
- The customer will be responsible for shipping charges incurred by www.justintime.in for delivery refusal due to a damaged box. We will credit the original payment price, subtracting the actual shipping cost.
If you provide an incorrect shipping address:
- You must pay for the additional shipping charges even if you bought the product with free shipping.
- Reshipping package requests are subject to a reshipping fee.
- If we receive an undelivered package without the customer contacting our team, we will initiate a refund back to the original payment mode.
Visit This Return Request page to submit an exchange/return request complying with the returns policy. We reserve the right to verify the authenticity of your request, check the product's quality before accepting and processing your exchange/return request and refuse or cancel any return request.
Period for Return
The period for the product's return is within 7 days after receiving the package.
- Customer Cancellation
To cancel your order post-purchase, Please send an Email to email@example.com along with the order id or contact our team at +91 8080656656 (Mon-Sat, 11 am – 8 pm, IST). Note that order cancellation and exchange are possible only before it is shipped.
- Cancellation By Our Team
We hold the right to cancel or refuse any order at our free will for reasons like quantity limitation, pricing errors, product information errors, fraud identification or any other issues we feel are obligatory. We may also demand additional information while accepting orders. If we cancel your order, we will communicate over email or phone and notify you about complete or partial cancellation.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not allow returns/exchanges for online orders purchased during sales or special promotions unless we specify on our website. If you receive damaged or defective products, you should initiate an exchange request within 7 days by Raising a request on the Return Request page along with a video recording of products and pictures. Post Checking the request we will arrange a courier for the return. You must ensure to return the product in its original condition. The courier team will give two pick-up attempts to return your package, failing which you must hand over your package at our courier partner with tamper-proof packaging. Exchange approval will take place post-service team approval with a minimum of 7 business days. Refunds will take 5-6 working days once the quality check is done.
