Return Period
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the package.
Return Eligibility
Notify our team within 7 days of receiving a damaged, defective product, an incorrect item, or missing accessories.
To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our Return Request Page and provide:
- Invoice
- Original warranty
- Original documentation and packaging
- All items must be in original condition, with no scratches, dents, or marks.
- The watch box and tags must remain intact, and no alterations should be made to the watch for us to honour your return request.
Note: Returns are not accepted on Smartwatches. For further information kindly contact our customer loyalty specialist.
Damaged or Defective Products
- Please contact our customer loyalty specialist within 7 days if you receive a damaged or defective product.
- If the delivery box is completely damaged, refuse the delivery and inform our customer care team.
- If the customer accepts a damaged shipment box, the shipping charges incurred will be borne by the customer. Further, we will refund the original payment amount, after deducting the actual shipping costs.
Incorrect Shipping Address
- If an incorrect shipping address is provided, you must cover the additional shipping charges, even if your order included free shipping.
- Reshipping requests will incur a reshipping fee.
- If we receive an undelivered package, we will reach out via email and phone to initiate the refund process.
Cancellation Policy
Please note cancellations are only possible before shipping.
- Customer Cancellation: To cancel your order, email us on customercare@justintime.in with your order ID or contact our team at +918080656656 (Mon-Sat, 11.00 am – 7.00 pm IST)
- Cancellation by Our Team: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion due to reasons such as quantity limitations, pricing errors, fraud detection, or other issues. You will be notified via email or phone regarding cancellations.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns/exchanges for items purchased during sales or promotions are not allowed unless damage or defective.
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, initiate an exchange request within 7 days with an unboxing video and photos of the product via the Return Request Page.
- We will arrange for a pickup of the returned item. The courier team will attempt to pick up your package twice. If these attempts fail, you must return the item to our courier partner with tamper-proof packaging.
- Exchange approvals will take a minimum of 7 business days following service team review. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after the quality checks are completed.
