Designation: Product Manager- IT Applications
Job Location: Matunga, Mumbai
Job Timing: 9 Hrs * 6 days a week (10.30am to 7.30pm)

Outline of the Job

To oversee the integration, maintenance, and optimization of various retail-related systems including POS, ERP, Replenishment Tool, Shopify, CRM, Retention Tool, Ticketing Engine, CCTV, OMS, and other related systems. The
ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of retail operations and
technology, with a focus on ensuring seamless functionality and efficiency
across all systems.

Responsibilities

Systems Integration:

  • Lead the integration efforts for various retail
    systems including POS, ERP, Replenishment Tool, Shopify, CRM, Retention Tool,
    Ticketing Engine, CCTV, OMS, and other relevant systems
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and
    external vendors to ensure successful integration and compatibility of systems.
  • Develop and implement integration strategies to
    streamline processes and enhance overall system performance.

Maintenance and Optimization:

  • Oversee the ongoing maintenance and support of
    retail systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimizing system
    downtime.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for system
    optimization and efficiency improvements.
  • Implement best practices for system monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity
    planning.

Vendor Management:

  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors
    and service providers, including software vendors, consultants, and
    contractors.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate
    contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and service quality.
  • Coordinate vendor activities and ensure
    alignment with organizational goals and priorities.

Security and Compliance:

  • Implement and enforce security measures to
    protect retail systems and data from cyber threats and unauthorized access.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and
    standards related to retail technology, such as PCI DSS and DPDPA.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to assess
    compliance and identify areas for improvement.

Team
Leadership and Development:

  • Lead a team of IT professionals responsible for supporting and maintaining retail systems.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical
    expertise to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and
    development.

Requirements and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,
    Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience of 5years in IT management
    roles, with a focus on retail systems integration and maintenance.
  • In-depth knowledge of retail systems such as
    POS, ERP, CRM, Shopify, OMS, etc.
  • Strong understanding of IT security principles
    and best practices.

Outline of the Job

  • We are looking for a Senior IT Manager to be responsible and accountable for the smooth
    running of our computer systems, Software’s (POS), Inventory Systems, and Merchandising.
    You will supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company’s computing
    needs.
    Preference will be given to candidates from specifically retail sector.

Job Description:

  • Manage information technology and computer systems
  • Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
  • Ensure troubleshooting and maintaining the various modules of software like POS,
    Inventory System and Merchandising at stores level.
  • Handling vendor management in terms of software and hardware
  • Maintaining/Deploying/Analysing the surveillance systems: reviewing its further
    upgradation at stores/HO level
  • Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job
    expectations and appraising their performance
  • Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
  • Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
  • Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
  • Audit systems and assess their outcomes
  • Preserve assets, information security and control structures
  • Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to upper
    management

Competency

  • Minimum 5 Years of
    experience in a similar

  • BS in

Outline of the Job 

  • As CRM & Loyalty Program Manager, you play a
    key role in activating the Loyalty + CRM CVP in the market and delivering value
    for the business.
  • You will be the main custodian of JUST IN TIME Loyalty program and ensure that the CVP is
    continuously benchmarked and remains customer centric. You will be accountable
    to ensure the smooth functioning of the CRM & Loyalty program to achieve
    targeted customer base year-on-year through acquisition, retention, and
    win-back strategies.

Responsibilities

CRM:

  • Driving next purchase
  • Reducing time-gap between purchases i.e. getting past buyers to come
    back faster
  • Reducing dormancy of the CRM base
  • ROI of all CRM activities
  • Develop CRM plan as a layer to the marketing plan: Designing &
    Executing the CRM communication calendar i.e. What goes out on which channel
    (SMS, Mail, SM, etc..) and when
  • Design the CRM communications structure: Devising strategies for
    Managing& Mapping customer journeys

Loyalty Program:

  • Responsible for design & delivery of the Program: member benefits & experiences
  • Financial performance against budget: P&L and ROI
  • Conceptualize member enrolment, retention & engagement initiatives basis
    analytics
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and customer insights to assess the
    effectiveness of loyalty initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for
    optimization.
  • Insights and customer & store feedback
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns and
    promotions to drive participation in the loyalty program and increase customer
    engagement.
  • Leverage Loyalty bases to drive incremental business

Competency

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven success in developing and implementing loyalty/CRM strategies

Education: Bachelor's in Marketing or related field

Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of customer behaviour and value drivers in retention models
  • Email and marketing automation ESP platforms, on-site personalisation, as well as
    SMS and direct mail
  • Familiarity with Database Marketing laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.) is a plus
  • Knowledge of implementation and usage of CRM software such as Kapture CRM,
    Semrush Must have worked on these softwares.

Skills:

  • Strong ability in using Google Analytics

We are looking for an Ecommerce Growth manager who will be responsible for the online sales of the brand online store and marketplace sales. He is going to oversee the look and
feel of the company website and is going to be responsible for generating sales via online
channels. Also would be overseeing digital marketers, web and software developers who
contribute to website traffic, design and structure.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end online channel handling (Ecommerce / Website)
  • Own P&L for the channels and built sustainable growth plans
  • Ensuring platform hygiene
  • Creating and maintaining rich content for products, ensuring reviews & ratings on
    the listings, etc.
  • Design and implement strategy to increase traffic on product page and track
    competition
  • Leveraging platform's marketing tools to plan marketing activation's & optimise ROI
    for spends basis impressions, CTR and conversions
  • Designing and executing specific promotions & offers on the platform
  • Building & executing growth strategies on the platform
  • Build cross-functional partnerships internally with operations, supply chain, logistics
    and brand for effective deployment of plans

Experience:

  • Min 3 years of experience in a similar senior role in retail industry
  • Demonstrated track record of increasing e-Commerce revenues on marketplaces in
    an Omni-channel business model

Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field

Knowledge: Strong analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use data to define, develop
and measure campaign performance.

Experience in Google Ads & Facebook Ads especially bottom-of-the-funnel ads (conversion
oriented)

Skills: Knowledge of website analytics tools
